This website contains information about the Oaklands Association, including providing an online Community Directory. The on-line directory is designed to lower printing costs and keep information up-to-date. You may also access it on your smart phone or other electronic device. The majority of Association communications will be made via emails. We welcome your comments. Our website ID is www.oaklandscommunity.org.
The current officers of the Oaklands Community Association are:

Who We Are
Our community association is strictly voluntary with limited objectives and to promote an atmosphere of friendliness and well being amongst neighbors.
Through the association we are able to coordinate the spraying of community properties rather than each owner having to separately contact the Maryland Department of the Environment for mosquito spraying.
All inland lot owners have an indivisible interest in the Dock Lot at 28150 Oaklands Road. Annual association dues of $25 per property facilitate the maintenance of the property (grass cutting, tree maintenance, and the picnic area). We also hold an annual crab feast/picnic for all association member families.
There are 3 noteworthy events each year to which all residents are invited to attend:
1. Annual Association Business Meeting -- held in March or April.
2. Annual Clean-up Day for the Dock and the Dock Lot -- usually around the end of April or early May
3. Annual Family Crab Feast / Picnic -- typically held the second Saturday in September at the Dock Picnic area.
Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. We provide crabs, hamburgers, hotdogs, water, sodas & beer.
